Viognier

This succulent white wine, features a balanced and dry taste with low acidity and natural floral aromas. The Viognier grape grows well in North Carolina and this wine pairs will with spicy foods such as Thai or gouda and gruyere cheeses.

Sauvignon Blanc

Refreshingly crisp due to its medium high levels of acidity and lower levels of sugar, this light and dry white wine has flavors of lime, green apple, and passion fruit.  Pairs well with chicken, pork chops, sea bass and goat cheese.

Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris (also known as the Italian Pinot Grigio grape) is a crisp white wine with a balanced acidity. Pairs well with seafood, goat cheese and lighter meals. It is very light in taste and color and historically has done very well in our vineyards.

Diamond Girl White

A blend of Chardonnay, Viognier & Pinot Gris, this smooth, crisp, white wine is an easy drinking blend to be enjoyed with just about any foods.  Slightly sweet it’s also perfect for sipping all by itself!

Riesling

A popular German white grape with aromas of peaches, apples, and honey, this varietal provides a semi-sweet taste. It pairs well with barbecued ribs and chicken, cured meats, gouda and monterey jack cheese.

Cabernet Franc

This red wine is one of five Bordeaux grapes and is actually a cross of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc resulting in a very flavorful as well as light and summery wine. Pairs well with grilled steaks, pork chops, mushrooms, vegetarian cuisine and feta cheese.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This medium-bodied red is actually a cross of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc with a medium level of acidity and hint of oak which makes it fantastic for drinking with food. Pairs well with lamb, steak, venison, smoked gouda and aged cheddar cheese.

Diamond Girl Red

This is a silky-smooth red blend of Malbec, Tannat (a southern France grape with “gusto”) and Petit Verdot (another varietal originally from Southern France) is one of our most popular.  Combining the Malbec with the “gusto” of the Tannat and the unique flavors of Petite Verdot makes an excellent all occasion wine.  Pairs well with pork loin, burgers, beef stew, pasta dishes, gorgonzola cheese and dark chocolate.  However, it’s best served fireside in winter or on the porch in summer!

Bella Star

This blend of Viognier & Riesling has a hint of peach and makes for an easy drinking wine perfect to enjoy on a hot summer day. Pairs well with chicken, asparagus, fruit and dessert.

Mayo River White

This sweet, white wine is made from the North Carolina Muscadine Carlos grape.  Pairs well with eastern style BBQ, sushi, seafood, chicken salads and blue cheese.  Glass $5.50, Bottle $12.95

Dan River Red

Served chilled, the Dan River Red is made from our native North Carolina Muscadine Nobel grape. Pairs well with beef, lamb, chocolate and smoked gouda cheese.
